The Aviation Training Center is certified by the Federal Air Transport Agency. Perpetual certificate of ATC # 314 dated February 01, 2019 confirms the right to conduct initial training and retraining programs for pilots of light helicopters Robinson R44 / R66 , retraining for EC130 T2, AS350 B3 | B3E, Bell-407 | GX helicopters.

The Heliport Istra training center is the successor to the Aeroclub Istra training center, which has graduated more than 450 qualified pilots since 2003 - more than 60% of the total number of pilots certified to operate Robinson helicopters in Russia. Licensed training programs and methodologies, experienced flight instructors, accumulated experience in training private pilots create a unique environment for effective training. An individual approach to each student ensures a quick assimilation of knowledge and skills. Upon completion of training, students receive a Diploma of Initial Flight Training or a Certificate of Retraining for a new type of aircraft. Those who want to improve their knowledge and skills are offered advanced training and retraining programs for other types of helicopters.

Initial training programs are conducted on Robinson R44 / R66 helicopters.
