ATC "Heliport Istra" has all the necessary material and technical base, which allows organizing training in accordance with modern standards
Classes are held in classrooms equipped with visual aids and technical teaching aids.
To conduct practical exercises, the capabilities of the technical base of heliports (multifunctional helicopter centers), which are part of the Heliports of Russia Group of Companies, are used.
This whole complex allows you to organize the effective work of students in the study of disciplines that are part of the curriculum.

GC "Heliports of Russia" is a network of modern helicopter complexes located in the Moscow, Ulyanovsk, Kaluga and Bryansk regions, as well as on a partner’s site in Yalta (Republic of Crimea), namely:

The educational process for the educational programs is provided with the necessary educational, methodological materials, and lecture methodological fund provided by qualified teaching staff, and visual aids.
According to the programs, educational and methodological materials, educational literature, methodological instructions, methodological recommendations, information stands have been developed and are periodically updated.
For the purpose of providing the educational process in the Aviation Training Center "Heliport Istra" there is its own library fund of educational and educational-methodical literature.
ATC "Heliport Istra" Fleet
The Aviation Training Center is certified by the Federal Air Transport Agency. Perpetual certificate of ATC No. 314 dated February 01, 2019 confirms the right to conduct initial training and retraining programs for light helicopter pilots:

ATC Training courses
The flagship facility of the Aviation Training Center is located in the Istra district of the Moscow region. Close proximity to the capital, convenient transport accessibility and the availability of fresh air have a positive effect on the quality of education.
The territory of the training center is under 24-hour security and video surveillance.
For non-resident listeners, there is a service of accommodation in the hotel complex "Strekoza" with catering in a club restaurant on the territory of the “Heliport Istra” helicopter center.
On the territory, listeners can use a guarded parking lot, a conference room, a summer terrace and gazebos for relaxation.
The ATC educational facilities are equipped with an air conditioning system, which allow to maintain a favorable microclimate inside, regardless of weather and technological conditions.
The ATC training courses comply with the state sanitary and epidemiological rules and regulations, and the mandatory fire safety requirements.
